Orders

Our order processing time is immediate, therefore the customer must comply with the following requirements:

  • Ensure that the quantity, size, and product in question is correct.
  • Personal information must be what the customer requires it to be in order to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of orders.
  • The delivery address must be verified before completing a purchase.
  • Credit card information must be correct.

Please note that once an order has been processed, we can no longer cancel or make any changes. If you have any queries about this, please get in touch with our customer service team so that we can attend to you and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Backorders

If one or more items are purchased with a backorder item, the entire order will ship together.

Orders Not Received

If you have not received your order within 60 days, it is essential that you get in touch with our customer service team. If you do not do this within the advised 60 days, we cannot grant you a refund for your order.
